Clare is known for her ability to create and hold a safe space for individuals and groups, so come with curious mood and a willingness to experiment. There will be minimal didactic presentation and a focus on experiential exercises for you to explore your natural responses, appreciate them, and begin to develop the capacity to be more at choice with your responses when under stress.
