It may have been a while since you were in a room with others, being guided to breathe-ground-centre. Perhaps b-g-c- is an easy practice for you, readily incorporated into your daily life. How many repetitions have you managed? Well on your way to the three hundred for muscle memory, or beyond that and towards the three thousand for embodiment? Either way, hope this reaches you at a time when you can pause, take a breath, and remember how positive it feels to have the ground supporting you underneath your feet, your skeleton doing the work of holding your body up towards the sky, the benefit of peripheral vision with relaxed eyes.

If you need a reminder about the benefits of embodying your best self, having resilience in your back-pocket ready and available to support at difficult times, then here’s a blog post from Henna Inam about leading with your body intelligence, following an interview with Dr. Richard Strozzi-Heckler.
