AI Policy

AI Policy for Coaching International

Last Updated: 1st June, 2025

  1. Purpose of AI Use

I may use AI to:

  • Generate drafts and ideas for written content
  • Summarise and analyse data
  • Provide inspiration or alternative approaches to tasks

AI is never used to make final decisions about client work, my business, or any ethical considerations.

2. Human Oversight

All outputs created or supported by AI are reviewed and, where necessary, edited by me. I take full responsibility for the final decisions and outputs of my business.

3. Data and Privacy

I am committed to protecting client data and privacy. AI tools are not used to process personal or sensitive data unless there is a legitimate reason and appropriate safeguards are in place. I ensure that AI use aligns with my data protection obligations under UK GDPR and other relevant laws.

4. Compliance and Best Practice

I strive to go beyond the minimum legal requirements, drawing guidance from the EU AI Act as part of my commitment to responsible AI use. I review this policy quarterly and update my practices as needed.

5. Transparency

I inform clients whenever AI tools are involved in creating drafts or processing information. If a client prefers not to use AI in their work, I respect that choice.

6. Responsibility

AI is a tool, not an employee. All decisions and final work remain my responsibility.

7. Policy Updates

I review and update this policy on a quarterly basis, or sooner if there are significant changes in AI technology or regulations. Clients will be informed of any material changes.

If you have any questions about this policy or my use of AI, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
